For kitesurfing, windsurfing, and surfing, you’ll need a very flexible neoprene boot that won’t restrict your movement during tricks and maneuvers.
When selecting your size, we recommend choosing the same size as your everyday footwear. Neoprene boots should fit snugly around your entire foot and prevent water from getting in. If they’re too big, water will enter, making the boots feel heavy. If they’re too small, they’ll be uncomfortable and may become unbearable over time—just like with regular shoes.
Neoprene boots come in a variety of thickness levels. The most common is 5 mm, which is ideal for general use in cold water. There are also thinner models for warmer waters, where comfort and foot protection while walking are the main concerns.
