When you measure your knees you have to make sure that you do it under the kneecap, to get the correct measurements. It is important that you measure directly on the skin and not on the outside og yoour clothes, to get the better results. Use maesuring tape and check the tabel below, which shown in centimeters. It is imortant to use kneepads, if you want to avoid longlasting injuries from your use of skateboards, rollerskates or scooters. Pads have to fit as perfectly as possible, so they don't irritate or are in the way. Below you'll find out guide for how to avoid this and therefore get your knees properly protected. It is important that you measure your elbow precisly and directly on the skin, you get the best possible result. You get the size of your elbow by measuring around the arm by the elbow. Use measuring tape and take a look at the tabel below, shown in centimeters. If you have any doubts about the size, feel free to contact our support.

Since we use our arms and hands fro everything, it is important not the injur them. And it would in general just suck pretty bad not being able to bend the arm, so elbowpads are very important.
