Before you create a complaint case on your SUP pump...

We note that 95% of complaints about pumps are rejected due to misuse.

See below how to bend your pump correctly

1) NOTE! The pressure gauge only reacts at pressures above 0.7 bar = 10 PSI!	2) Pump up your SUP with the dual pump function until it has taken shape.

3) Switch to single pump function, by turning the clamp 180 degrees and continue pumping.	4) Pump the SUP to 1 bar = 15 PSI. Then you are ready.

NOTE! It is NORMAL that the pressure gauge first reacts at pressures above 0.7 bar = 10 PSI!
